Salon FAQs

Booking Deposits and Cancellations:
You will be required to pay a 50% booking deposit at the time of your booking. This deposit is fully refundable so long as you are within our cancellation guidelines. At Iconic Beauty we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to make your appointment or need to amend your booking; if this notice is not given you will be required to pay in full for your missed treatments.

Your Appointment:
We recommend that clients arrive approximately 10 minutes before their treatment is due to start in order to maximise their experience in the salon.

Cancellation Policy:
At Iconic Beauty we require 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment; if this notice is not given you will be required to pay for your missed treatments.
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge and cancellations within 8 hours will incur a 100% charge.
If your appointment(s) are for one hour or longer we require 48 hours cancellation notice; failure to give this notice may incur a 100% charge.

Mobile Devices:
To ensure the comfort of all of our clients we respectfully request that all mobile devices are switched off or put on silent while in the salon.

Children:
To ensure that all of our clients can switch off and relax while they are in the salon we respectfully request that our clients do not bring babies or young children into the salon when they are having a treatment(s). A beauty salon is not a suitable environment for babies or young children for Health and Safety reasons. Iconic Beauty is a small salon and we are unable to accommodate prams or buggies.
