CORPORATE STRESS BUSTER
This is a calming treatment designed for relaxation, allowing your mind to slow down and your body de-stress.
A top-to-toe all over restorative & nourishing treatment which begins with an aromatherapy infused back massage followed by a customised bespoke Guinot / Image facial bursting with vitamins and minerals designed to rejuvenate tired and dull skin.
A scalp massage and hand and foot massage is then performed to conclude a blissful, restorative treatment.

MUM’S TIME OUT PICK-ME-UP
This 90-minute treatment is designed to revive our busy Mums with a well-deserved break delivering relaxation and reviving self-care. This treatment includes:
30-minute back massage: Your choice of either a gentle, pure relaxation massage or a deeper massage targeting zones where there is a build-up of tensions e.g. trapezius muscles around shoulders and neck; followed by 30-minute reflexology. A deeply relaxing foot pressure point massage which targets areas in the feet that correspond with organs and glands in the rest of the body. The perfect treatment to balance the body and mind.
You then have a choice of either:
30-minute Indian Mead massage. Warm oil is applied on the scalp and neck areas and pressure is applied to alleviate any aches and pains. A popular treatment that can help ease insomnia, headaches, and general stresses;

Reflexology is a complimentary, holistic therapy based on the principle that there are reflexes on the feet which correspond to every part, gland, and organ of the body. DRY BODY BRUSHING & FULL BODY LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE
What are the benefits of Lymphatic drainage?
This is an 80-minute treatment. We start this treatment with Dry Body Brushing which offers several benefits, including exfoliating dead skin cells, improving circulation, stimulating the lymphatic system, and potentially reducing the appearance of cellulite. It can also leave skin feeling smoother and softer.
Having stimulated the lymphatic system, we now progress to the Lymphatic drainage massage. Lymphatic massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to move excess fluid buildup away from your tissues and toward working lymph vessels and lymph nodes so they can get rid of toxins in your body. The treatment starts with a massage to stimulate the areas of your body that house your lymph nodes. Your therapist will massage your armpits, neck and, with your consent, around your groin area. Next, they will coax excess lymph fluid from your swollen tissues toward your lymph nodes, where the lymph can reabsorb.
Lymphatic Drainage should be avoided if you suffer from: blood clots, cellulitis, deep vein thrombosis, fever, heart disease, infection, kidney disease or stroke.

HAND & ARM MASSAGE
This 30-minute treatment aims to reduce muscle tightness in the hands and arms by increasing muscle elasticity and flexibility and loosening scar tissue. The massage encourages an increase in blood flow which increases the temperature of the muscles thereby allowing them to stretch and relax. Combined with the soothing and nourishing effects of massage oil on the skin truly relaxing your arms and hands.

HOPI EAR CANDLING AND INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
This is a 45-minute treatment aimed to relax and calm your head and scalp.
Hopi Ear Candling is a wonderfully relaxing and beneficial treatment. It can help with many conditions of the ear, nose, throat, and eyes. The candles are organically grown and, are made of cotton, then dipped in beeswax, honey and therapeutic essential oils. The ear candle is placed in the ear and the part furthest away from the ear is lit. The essential oils are infused into the ear and the gentle vacuum created draws wax and other impurities out of the ear into the end of the hollow candle.
